		<description>Does Neil Cole mean that we cannot tell those nasty sinners to go and get their act cleaned up first and then come back and we will see if you qualify  as being fit according to our standards?

It really is a shame that we cannot make everyone be a CLONE of those of us who are righteous believers.</description>
