Yep, as I&#039;ve always said, if it weren&#039;t for my experience of God&#039;s love -- directly and through those who follow him -- I can&#039;t imagine choosing to follow this Jesus of Nazareth. That love changes everything.

Theology, service, moral correctness, and all the rest mean absolutely nothing unless done for love of the one we follow overflowing into every aspect of our life and the lives around us. When I engage in religious/political/whatever conversations out of anything but love for God, I&#039;m downright mean and able to make it really hurt. I don&#039;t think I&#039;m like that as much as I once was, but I could be fooling myself.</description>
